– 1/3 cup vegetable oil – 7 serrano peppers, sliced into thin rounds, ~2/3 cups – 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced – Salt to taste

Heat oil over medium heat and fry the pepper rounds until they start to change color, ~2-3 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low, add sliced garlic to the skillet and continue to fry, ~4 minutes more.

Once the peppers and garlic are crispy and brown, remove from heat to a serving bowl and enjoy! Add salt to taste!
