Ingredient List

12 corn tortillas about 6 inches in diameter 1/2 cup vegetable oil 12 medium-sized tomatillos 1 medium white onion 4 cloves garlic 2-4 habaneros Salt to taste Toppings of choice 

Make salsa

Char salsa ingredients in a dry skillet or griddle until blackened and softened.  Once cooked, blend until smooth. 

Fry tortillas

Cut tortillas into wedges and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

Assemble
