– ~10 cups cubed watermelon – 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger – 1/4 cup lime juice
Working in batches, blend cubed watermelon on high in a blender until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-meshed sieve. Discard pulp and seeds.
Place watermelon juice back in the blender and add in fresh grated ginger and lime juice. Blend on high to mix the ingredients.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to chill before serving or serve immediately over ice!
