How to Make Mango Salsa

Ingredients

Chili

-3 medium mangoes, diced (about 1.5 cups) -1 red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup) -1/2 red onion, diced  (about 1 cup) -1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced -3 limes juiced, about 1/2 cup -Salt to taste

#1 Gather Ingredients

Gather ingredients and dice mango, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño in small, evenly sized pieces. Slice limes for juicing. 

#2 Mix ingredients together

Mix diced ingredients together, add lime juice, and salt to taste!

Use on your favorite fish tacos, quesadillas, or straight from the bowl on corn tortilla chips.
