Blend the tomatillos, chile pepper, and garlic on high speed until smooth
3 tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and cut into large chunks, 1 serrano pepper, stem removed and cut into large chunks, 1 clove garlic
Add chopped avocados one at a time to the blender, pulsing on high until just incorporated and the salsa still has some texture
2 ripe avocados, skin and pit removed, and flesh cut into small cubes
Remove the salsa from the blender, stir in the salt and chopped onions and cilantro
1/4 cup finely diced white onion, 1/8 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves, Salt to taste
Top with a few drops of lime juice
A couple drops of lime juice
